The company was founded in 1976 by Sol, Elliot, and Larry Weiner, and has a portfolio of over 40 office properties, mainly in Chicago and its suburbs.
Apart from owning the best-located buildings in the Chicago area, Marc Realty is a fully integrated organization that specializes in areas such as management, brokerage, acquisition, and disposition of properties, architecture and design, lease administration, construction, and accounting.
Currently, Marc Realty has a workforce of over 300 employees, with Elliot Weiner, Larry Weiner, and Jerry Nudo leading the company as its three principals. While Sol Weiner is no longer with us, his legacy lives on through the company’s continued success.
