Alan Raphaeli is a Senior Director at Marc Realty where he focuses on leasing the Suburban property portfolio. Alan works closely with his clients to create the creative solutions to their office leasing challenges.
Alan has worked with every type of tenant over the last 31 years with Marc Realty. He eagerly pursues new clients and in turn achieves exceptional results. He has worked in over 30 properties and has completed over 2500 transactions ranging from 500-60,000 square feet. Alan gives personalized service and feels every situation is unique. He has numerous repeat clients throughout the years.
Prior to joining Marc Realty in 1988, Alan practiced law at Goldberg & Goldberg where he focused on both Personal Injury and Real Estate law.

Ms. Wells’ real estate experience spans over the last 40 years.
Former President of a property management company, managing $1 Billion of assets including office, multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use, retail and industrial properties.
Ms. Wells previously held a securities license with the NASD (FINRA). She was President of a Broker/Dealer firm specializing in the sale of private real estate limited partnerships.
In her capacity of Partner/Executive Vice President of a privately held real estate investment firm she facilitated the acquisition and financing of over $500 Million of assets.
During the early years of her career, Ms. Wells’ experience includes acquisitions analyst for a Chicago developer in the conversion of apartments to condos and co-ops in Chicago, New York and Florida.
Ms. Wells has been a licensed real estate broker since 1984, presently licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin.

For over 20 years, Chris Jakubowski has been a member of the Marc Realty Management Team. He started when the company managed less than 1 million square feet downtown and has been an integral part of expanding their management to over 3 million square feet downtown. He took over as the Director of Property Management in 2016 and continues to dedicate his efforts into maintaining Marc Realty’s strong presence in the competitive commercial real estate market. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University Bloomington and currently resides in Glenview, Illinois with his lovely wife Silvija and his wonderful children Christopher and Maya.
