As former President of a property management company, Ms. Wells oversaw the management of a $1 billion portfolio comprising office, multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use, retail, and industrial properties.

Prior to this role, Ms. Wells held a securities license with the NASD (FINRA) and served as President of a Broker/Dealer firm specializing in the sale of private real estate limited partnerships. In her capacity as Partner/Executive Vice President of a privately held real estate investment firm, she successfully facilitated the acquisition and financing of over $500 million in assets.

Ms. Wells began her career as an acquisitions analyst for a prominent Chicago developer, where she was responsible for analyzing and converting apartments to condos and co-ops in Chicago, New York, and Florida.
